How to Refer a Young Person

We tailor our admissions and assessment process to the unique needs of every individual. To secure a placement, we follow a simple five-step pathway:

• Step 1: First Contact — Email talk2winnipeg@gmail.com to submit your initial enquiry.

• Step 2: Review & Capacity Check — We will evaluate the young person's needs alongside our current availability to ensure we are the right fit.

• Step 3: On-Site Visit — If the initial match looks promising, we invite the young person, their parent or carer, and the referrer to visit our project in person.

• Step 4: Mutual Agreement — Once all parties are aligned and happy to proceed, we will collaborate on the best way to smoothly transition the young person into the program.

• Step 5: Bespoke Intake — We finalize the admissions process, adapting every detail to suit the individual.
