Welcome to the Winnipeg Project

The Winnipeg Project is an non-school alternative provision based in Corton, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, supporting Key Stage Two children who need a more individual, nurturing approach to learning.

Our aim is to improve behaviour, increase school attendance, and support successful reintegration into full-time education. We work closely with children, families, and schools to provide a positive, structured environment where pupils can rebuild confidence and rediscover a love of learning.

What We Offer

We provide a rich, hands-on program that focuses on personal development as well as practical and academic skills. Which includes:

• Environmental studies and outdoor learning

• Animal care, including caring for our resident goats and chickens 

• Grow-your-own food projects

• Carpentry and practical skills

• Arts and crafts

• Vocational learning opportunities

• Local area history, including scavenger hunting

• Supported virtual learning

All activities are designed to be engaging, meaningful, and accessible, helping children experience success and achievement.
